Return Policy

1.1 Returns

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided that the product is in new condition. Damaged or used products are not refundable. Include contact information, tracking number and a brief description of the issue when returning the product.

Smai Sweden recommends that you obtain a receipt and package ID from the delivery service to facilitate tracking. Refunds will be made if the return is valid. When paying by invoice, we need your bank account number to transfer the money. Send us the bank account number by email.

1.2 Return shipping

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to return a product.

You are responsible for shipping costs for returns, and these are not refundable. Any shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. The delivery time for product exchanges depends on your location.

For items worth more than 500 SEK, it is recommended to use a trackable delivery service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Refund Policy

2.1 Refund

Our policy is valid for 30 days. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The product must be unused and returned in the original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically made to your credit card or other payment method within a few days.

2.2 Partial Refund

Partial refunds may be given for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, are missing parts through no fault of ours, or are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

2.3 Late or no refund

2.4 Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us by email at: info@kamaesport.com

2.5 Gifts

If the product was a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift card equivalent to the value of the gift upon return. If the product was not a gift or if the gift giver had the product sent to them and then gave it to you, the refund will be made to the gift giver.
