Fraudulent returns, including changing and forging labels and price tags, and false claims of missing items. Impersonating a consumer, but then reselling the products in your own company or under your own brand. Fraud to collect bonus points, abusing discount codes, gifts and offers, or encouraging/participating in false orders to obtain compensation from Punok Nordic. Trying to improperly influence or threaten our staff to obtain extended return rights in violation of our terms of purchase or legislation.

To prevent abuse of our services and investigate crimes, we process the following information:

Name
Address, telephone number and email
Payment information, such as repeated incorrect account details
Information about returns and deliveries
IP address
Any customer feedback
Customer service history
This measure is necessary to prevent abuse and crimes. We will retain information or comments for as long as they are relevant, but usually no longer than 2 years.
