Return Guide

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. Read more about your right of withdrawal as a consumer here.

NOTE! Don't forget to include the delivery note that came with your original order in the return package! It is also possible to write a note stating the order number and your name.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns or size exchanges, plus the original shipping. Refunds will be made after we have received the package and approved the return. 

Conditions for approved returns

The item must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging. The item must not have been washed, used or show signs of handling (such as stains, the smell of perfume or body odor, dog and cat hair, etc.).
The item must be packaged in an appropriate manner, e.g. by using the original packaging or packaging of equivalent quality and type.
Items that are ordered with embroidery, or have been ordered home especially for you, cannot be returned.
