The padding in the Punch Master freestanding punching bag is made from the best in class high density PE foam with a nominal value of 35 kg/m3 to ensure optimal shock absorption and reduce the strain on the user. This foam is firmer than XPE or EVA foam which has a better compression rating ensuring the Punch Master punching dummy maintains its shape and density even with extensive commercial use.

The SMAI Punch Master freestanding punching bag is specifically designed for commercial use for the Ki Max program. The new model has undergone significant improvements in response to the development over time of a design that can withstand all commercial use as a freestanding punching bag. Due to the high demands placed on the Punch Master freestanding punching bag, with up to four participants on each punching bag, SMAI has a full range of spare parts to ensure you can maintain the product properly.
The use of high density foam is to ensure optimal shock absorption and reduce the strain on those striking the freestanding punching bag, as well as to withstand commercial use. With a bottom drum that can be filled with approximately 100 litres of water or sand, it becomes a very stable base to work on - even from the most powerful punches or kicks. The exterior is made of 1000 denier Rip Stop Vinyl which is easy to clean to ensure a hygienic surface in commercial premises.
